Woncheon Lakeland

It's time for the roller coaster.

A single seatbelt, although it definitely fits two.

I like that they call them "cast." Very Disneyesque.

Birth control?

Want to see where the roller coaster goes?

Looking down below the tracks.

This glamorous palace was someone's home.

Looking inside the palace.

Bumper cars! Sarah heard me shouting "Bumper cars!" but she had no idea where I was. It turned out I was directly under her.

They were all covered with spiderwebs so she wouldn't sit in them.

This ride, "Tagadisco," is one of the more popular style rides at Korean amusement parks. Like the "Viking," the name for this ride is always something-Disco or Disco-something.

A ride-operator/MC would sit in there and do his best to shake people off.

Written in hangul.

The floor of the disco.

Personally I think no nipples is a whole lot more vulgar than nipples.

Sarah had trouble getting on and off.

Not so stainless, is it?

Inside the castle, we found a bedroom.

Some cool stuff left behind, particularly that remote control car.

And the nipples on this poster are so noticeable I was afraid to touch the poster for fear I'd slice my finger on them.

The children's train is the only ride that was actually missing.

Flying dragons.

I touched it. Nothing happened. Big disappointment.

The magic carpet ride is that blue, red, and yellow thing in the uppermost right. I was sad it was locked in the up position.

A big bunch of people walked through and had a good long look at the rides, but didn't get any closer.

You can see in this shot what a truly small park it was.

It always amazes me how good Koreans are at squatting.

Next, we had a look at the merry-go-round.

Not quite as classic as the horses at Okpo Land's merry-go-round. Their faces remind me of the Edmontosaurus.

I never caught the name of this ride but it seems Middle-East themed.

Time for Sarah to get on the horsey.

She wasn't happy about it.

Ben looks like she's in pain.

"Jumping" Frog? More like "Frogmarching Frog."

The boy at the other end of the boat was in worse condition.
