Dongdaemoon
On the way to Dongdaemoon. This empty lot in the foreground is the former site of the baseball stadium.
There were a lot of Chinese people standing around the front of the stadium.
If I tried to get to the stadium through here, some of the people in red vests would stop me.
Apparently the vendors from inside the stadium aren't getting along with the other vendors who were already set up outside the stadium.
I went up on an exterior staircase next door to see inside the stadium.
There were only two people inside.
The market outside the stadium.
Over at the section for protesting vendors.
The city has already started advertising that it's "World Design Capital 2010." And it hasn't even destroyed all the historic buildings yet.
Virgin Marys pray for the vendors.
They have Merlin's magic as well.
A nice new nonsensical slogan for the city.
Look very closely at this conceptual painting of the proposed Dongdaemoon design plaza. See anything missing?
Look at this one too. What is missing from this picture of Dongdaemoon of the future? Answer below.
Korean people. Seriously, where the hell are all the Korean people? Why is every visible face in both paintings clearly caucasian? That was pretty dumb.
