Boramae
I returned to Boramae to have a closer look at those air force buildings. Along with fairly regular housing, I found barracks where conscript soldiers used to sleep. It doesn't look comfortable.

Hoehyun
I returned to Hoehyun to see what was inside that mansion. As it turns out, it's filled with piles and piles of rolled up fabrics. Maybe not as interesting as it could've been, but a fun challenge all the same.

Boramae Base
Not too far from Daebang Station is a huge fenced off yard. I've driven by a few times before but never thought to look inside. For some reason this time I did. It appears to be air force buildings of some kind, including residence for officers' families. I knew I had to go there and visit. You can see a truck inside, but it didn't belong to a security guard. I don't know what the guy inside there was doing, but he certainly wasn't there to protect the site.

Return to Sudo Girls' High School
I took Jung back to the school, where we didn't see the security guard. He was somewhere in the lot, but didn't really care that we were around. We managed to squeeze into one school building, which was filled with four floors of empty classrooms.

Ugly Parking Garage
The three most dangerous experiences I've had in places like this were
-Going up these stairs in Boramae (we decided to get the hell down quickly)
-dropping my glasses
-walking around on the top level of this stupid parking garage.
They built the thing out of metal. Metal rusts in the rain. There are many holes in the metal to allow the water to seep down to lower levels. The top two levels were abandoned, although I saw no barricades preventing cars from driving all the way up. Sometimes I'd take a step and the metal would make a huge thunder sound. This was just an eyesore waiting to claim an SUV driver's life.

Hoehyun
I met up with Brandon again and we walked around Hoehyun and Noksapyung.

Balsan
Don't worry, I didn't go anywhere near this thing. It's a department store that they began construction on, but then gave up and abandoned. It's right across the street from a Grand Mart. The signs over here identified this monstrosity as Grand Mart Department Store, so obviously they planned to expand and then gave up partway through, so it's been rusting here for years.

Rooftops
I didn't know what to have for lunch on Friday so I wandered around for a while.

Hangook Ilbo Part 2
I met up with langP from UER and we walked around in Gwanghwamoon a bit. It looks like the Ilbo is being demolished, and they've already started on another building. The method for demolition here seems to be to get an excavator to the roof and slowly chop down the building. We had a couple beers and sat across the street from it listening to the noises inside.
