The workers were relaying up pieces of hoarding to be installed.

I also saw some tree work nearby. You can see one branch right as it swings down.

A couple years ago, this was an alright lunch option near work.

I didn't say great. Presumably more nutritious than the equivalent at the covenience store.

The way down to the basement looked cursed.

I went up instead.

Here's a look at the wilderness between buildings. This is an area I wish I had a better chance to see.

Looking down toward the street. This would have been around 11pm.

I found this spiral staircase, but I decided to go back down the way I'd come instead. I never found a trace of where this spiral staircase would come out on lower floors.

I was standing on the open roof looking back toward the way in.

Here's a look at the area I got to know earlier. I believe there is a pretty strong motion sensor somewhere near that gate.

I recall during the pandemic, I wondered how long it would be until I'd start to see objects from the pandemic while exploring. It happened pretty quickly, but this reminder came a few years after that.

There were a lot of doors here that had been smashed open.

It looks like someone had once slept here.

They had a fridge. I wonder how cozy this space was considered.

I found these rolled-up papers tucked into holes in the wall for some reason.

Looking down, I saw a gas canister.

A map showing the location of asbestos. I don't think I was particularly exposed any more than a visitor to the offices when they were open.

I think this is going up in another building.

Back in the alley. I decided after all I'd seen, I didn't want to risk being on camera.

There were always people around.

In the distance, I saw a light column that's probably from the mayor's Korean War memorial in Gwanghwamun.

I stopped by Gyeonghui Palace, where it seemed like a car was parked waiting for people like me.
