Mystery of the Falling Stuff
Geoffrey stopped me to show me some stuff that had fallen out of the sky, I think on June 29.

These metal bits.

Apparently they fell straight out of the sky, and he said eyewitnesses said they caused sparks when they landed. He said there was video from the CCTV of one of the businesses across the street.

Here's a photo of investigators responding. The cop is pointing at the most obvious culprit.

A church.

I went into the church for a look around.

And yeah, the metal parts on the scaffolding match.

These pieces seem basically identical.

I kind of liked photographing this in the dark.

Identical pieces are probably used at every construction site, but there's only one other construction site around, and its metal scaffolding is much cleaner.

Pretty sure this is identical to one of the fallen pieces.

The abandoned building.

So I went onto the roof of the building in front of the impact site. I don't see how they could have landed right down there, especially with the canopy. Doesn't make any sense to me.

Now Cora's excited.

And a little hot and bothered.

These aren't all ours.

It's that time of year.

Yes, Paik has his own canned ham.

Teletubbies.

An American potato, and what looks like a pirate sweet potato.

Don't eat these if you're going to an End It show.

Time for pizza at 8Piece.

A neat earring I dubbed "Derpy Cat."

The wings at Biggie's are pretty good.

Was Chimac Life always a Liverpool supporter?

ARG.

Watching Canada lose.
