I believed this is where Ssamzie Space used to be, although Street View doesn't seem to go back far enough. I found an old address, and Ssamzie Space was basically in an alley behind this building. I'd never noticed this one before.
This building in Gwanghwamun used to have an airstream on the roof, and I could never find out what it was.
They've finally put the bug eye back on the side of City Hall.
