Philly Dog
I randomly encountered this hot dog stand while driving past, and decided to go back and try it later that day.
Not sure what I think of this, but I will try it.

This is their menu, at least the hot dogs and ice cream portion. I got an original hot dog which was buried under its weight in relish, and the Philly Dog which was exactly what I'd hoped.
The guy took the cheese and steak with a blowtorch.
Here's the final product.
The chips looked like they would be good, but he used what looked like salt and turned out to be some kind of sugar on them.
