Yongsan District Office

At a construction site next door, they had all this art up on the hoarding advertising the many attractions of Yongsan. Like...Yongnidan-gil, which isn't even the first -ridan-gil of the area.

I had never heard of Itaewon Jeonmangdae, but I think I figured out what it will be. Are they really going to waste money on a waterfall there? I'd settle for the public washrooms.

I had to check if the WHO official's name was real. It was.

My inquiry took me deep into the district office, up to where they had young civil servants sitting in makeshift office spaces.

I also paid a visit to Yongsan Tax Office.

It looks like it would be fun to throw trash down there.
