This is right in front of a public washroom I pass by on my way to work. It is for leashing your dog while you run in to use the facilities.
Is it my imagination or is the metallic skin of City Hall peeling off?
They fenced off this little alley next to my office. I have gone back there to drink before. Anyway, next time I looked a day or two later, it was unfenced.
Seosomun Overpass is about to be demolished, and apparently rebuilt.
