I heard what sounded like a kitten in distress in what sounded like this construction site, so I rushed in.
Once I was inside crawling around dusty materials, I heard the cat meowing outside. Here it is.
Having seen what I saw inside, I question whether construction is moving forward here. It looks like they've just been stashing a lot of stuff they don't want.
