Apparently the cat has a lip injury where that white part is. I see sort of an injury, but that wouldn't turn the fur white.

I regretted not getting as good a picture like this last time.
This cat was more skittish but started to warm up to me.
I attempted to photograph the label on this product while rolling it with my hand, but it did not go as intended.
