Esther Pak
This is the house of Esther Pak (probably not the exact one but just go with it).
A quick look at her Korean-language bio. Her birthday is listed as 1877 here, although in other places like Wikipedia it's unknown and could be in 1876. She has two surnames because she was born Kim Jeom-dong and took her husband's surname Pak.
