Hannam Village
While driving back to work from COEX, I noticed the Hannam Village Apartments being destroyed.
Meanwhile this military property seems undisturbed.
The excavators were chewing up the tops of the buildings and throwing dirt over the side.

Turns out this was the poolhouse.
