From my window, I can see across Gyeongbokgung toward Samcheong-dong.

I don't think this was part of the approved artwork. It seems to be saying something about difficult to distinguish between something red and blue.



This is where Miru Kim had her exhibit earlier this year.





The occasional grammar error to me just highlights how otherwise okay the grammar for this graffiti is.
